Domestic Assistance is an in-home service that provides clients with a range of services to assist the day-to-day upkeep of their residence – services that include vacuuming, cleaning of toilets, bathrooms, bench tops, washing floors, etc, are typical of those provided.
Domestic Assistance is the subject of an audit every two years by qualified Home and Community Care (HACC) auditors.The most recent of these in April 2009 resulted in Northside receiving a rating of 18.7 out of a possible 20.While this is a welcome result, we continue to seek ways of improving the service we provide through engagement with our clients.
Personal Care
Personal care is another facet of Choice Care’s services.Through this, Choice Care provides assistance with services such as showering, grooming, dressing, assistance with personal hygiene and monitoring self medication.
