Majura Hall
Majura Hall is located at Northside Community Service’s Head Office, 2 Rosevear Place in Dickson and is an excellent, multi-functional venue which can accommodate up to 150 people using a theatre-style seating configuration. It can be used for:- Large workshops
- Training days
- Seminars
- Weddings
- Social group activities
The hall is fully air-conditioned and heated. Facilities within the hall include:
- Tables and chairs
- An integrated PA system
- A large stage
- Lectern
- Male, female and disabled toilets
The hall has a functional kitchen including:
- A dishwasher;
- Cooktop and oven;
- A microwave oven;
- Fridge & freezer; and,
- A hot water urn
- *Please note that the kitchen does not include cutlery or crockery
Hire Rates
Private individuals $42 per hour
Not-for-profit organisations* $36 per hour
Public Benevolent Institutions (PBI)* $33 per hour
Surcharge $80 (This one-off fee applies to all Friday (pm) Saturday, Sunday and public holiday bookings)
*To obtain the Not-for-Profit or PBI rate you must provide a copy of the ATO certificate supporting this status.

Majura Functions Room
The Majura Function room is located at Northside Community Service’s Head Office, 2 Rosevear Place in Dickson. It can accommodate up to 30 people using a theatre-style configuration and is ideally suited to:- Smaller, private functions;
- Workshops or training sessions for up to 20 people; and,
- Social group activities for up to 30 people.
It is air conditioned and heated, with a kitchen, male, female and disabled toilets and opens onto a courtyard and barbeque area.
Hire Rates
Private individuals $28 per hour
Not for Profit organisations* $25 per hour
Public Benevolent Institutions (PBI)* $22 per hour
