Conditions
All contracted hours of care must be paid for including Public Holidays, sick days and recreation leave. Two weeks notice, in writing is required for cancellation of contract hours and one weeks notice is required for changes in hours.

Once a position has been offered in writing, a bond payment of $400.00 per family is required within 2 weeks, to confirm the position is held for your child, and will be held by Northside Community Service for the duration of your child's enrolment. No positions will be offered verbally. You must have received a letter of offer to confirm a place within our centres. Fees are calculated every two weeks in arrears and are required to be paid by the due date.

If you have not been contacted by the centre one month after the start date you requested and you have not contacted the centre, your application for care will be removed from the list.
