Individual Family Support
Individual family support is available to families in need of immediate support. We can assist with addressing one off issues or work with you and your family to develop a long term strategy to address barriers preventing you from moving forward.Areas of support can include:
- Referral to health support services.
- Parenting support and advice
- Assistance with legal issues and referral to relevant services.
- Housing and tenancy support
- Access to outreach support from Centrelink and other financial assistance organisations.
- Conflict negotiation
- Advocacy to government agencies.
