Worrying about losing your home can tear a family apart. Barriers including debt, overcrowding, ill health and property condition, affect a families capacity to sustain a tenancy and put them under stress and at risk of homelessness.At NCS our workers are dedicated to supporting you to feel safe and confident in your home. We can help you with:
- Completing housing application, transfer or appeal forms.
- Working with you to address issues which are putting your tenancy at risk.
- Help to keep you in your home.
- Debt management and financial planning.
- Supporting you to support others you maybe temporarily housing.
- Organising direct debit with Centrelink.
- If we can not help we will refer you to someone who can and accompany you to the appointment. Please call our Support Worker on 02 6163 0434
