Community Development Worker

Full-time, 6 months contract

Northside now has an opportunity for a Community Development Worker to join their team in Canberra on a full-time, 6 months contract.

Reporting to and under the general direction of the Team Leader – Engagement, Community Development Worker is a key position responsible for the development and facilitation of networks, engagement, and consultation of community groups and the establishment of collaborative partnerships and projects that respond to identified need and encourage participation within the community. This role also provides support to Common Ground residents through community engagement and Community Activation support services in delivering the CHANGE program.

Northside now has an opportunity for a Care Coordinator to join their team in Canberra on a full-time, ongoing basis.

Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the Care Coordinator (CC) role is responsible for client engagement and case coordination for Aged Care and Housing program. This will be a key position responsible for supporting community members in the delivery of inclusive programs and/or activities.
