Human Resources Administrator

Northside now has a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator to join their team in Canberra on a full-time, fixed-term basis (12-months).

Reporting to the Director (Human Resources), the Human Resources Administrator will provide high-quality administration support and coordination to the Human Resources Team. The role will be the first point of contact for enquiries, assisting and directing queries to the appropriate source.

Under the general direction of the Children’s Services Director, the Project Officer will provide efficient and effective centralised administrative duties to support Northside’s Early Childhood Centers.

Northside now has an opportunity for a Project Officer – Compliance and Quality to join their team in Canberra on a full-time, fixed-term (12 months contract) basis.

Under the direct supervision of the Compliance and Quality Director, the Project Officer will support monitoring and continuous improvement in compliance and quality systems across Northside to ensure Children’s Services, Aged Care, Housing and Engagement are continually monitored for compliance against the governing legislations and regulations.

Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the Tenancy Administrator role is responsible for providing administrative support for the tenancies for head leased properties assigned to Northside Community Service (Northside). The responsibilities of the role include data management, correspondence drafting and lease management.

Under the direct supervision of the Aged Care Manager, the Client Support Officer will be the first point of contact for Northside Community Service (Northside) to assist clients with their enquiries providing efficient customer service and administrative support for the Aged Care and Inclusion (ACI) Team.

Northside is seeking an exceptional Centre Director who can provide strong intentional leadership at one of Northside’s Early Childhood Centres. Using relevant legislative frameworks, the Centre Director will actively uphold the rights and best interests of children, families and educators, ensuring high-quality early childhood education at all times. They will also ensure that the Centre meets or exceeds the requirements of the National Quality Framework, and work to implement the Children’s Services Strategic Priorities.

Kitchen Assistant – Early Childhood Centre

Northside has a fantastic opportunity for a Kitchen Assistant to join their team at Harrison Early Childhood Centre on a part-time, fixed-term basis (25 hours; Monday to Friday) to cover parental leave until June 2023.

Reporting to the Centre Director, the Kitchen Assistant will assist with the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including developing and preparing nutritious menu items for morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and special events.
