Engagement Officer (Events and Activities)

Full-time

Northside now has an opportunity for an Engagement Officer (Events and Activities) to join their team in Canberra on a full-time, fixed term (12 months) basis.

Under the general direction of the Manager- Activities, and Events, the Engagement Officer will be responsible for providing engagement activities in Youth Engagement, Aged Care, Early Education, and Housing. It will also include organising activities and events with external organisations.

Administration and Operations Assistant

Northside now has a fantastic opportunity for Administration and Operations Assistant to join their team in Canberra on a full-time, fixed term (12 months) basis.

Reporting to the Assistant Accountant, the Administration and Operations Assistant will work to ensure the day to day smooth operations of all buildings and facilities, including vehicles, furniture, and provide administrative assistance to the share service team.

Case Worker

Northside has a fantastic opportunity for a Case Worker to join their team on a full-time basis for a fixed term (12 months). The Case Worker will work within a multidisciplinary team with staff from Aged Care, Housing, and Children’s Services programs, providing active case coordination, client engagement, supervised outreach support, coordination of services, and community linkages. The role will work under the case manager’s guidance and directly with the individuals (including elderly clients, children, and young people) and their families.

Under the general direction of the Aged Care Manager, the Care Coordinator (CC) role is responsible for client engagement and entry into the Northside Aged Care programs with a particular focus on services delivered under the Commonwealth Home Support (CHSP), and Home Care Package (HCP) programs and quality compliance.
