Majura Community Centre in Dickson includes our most popular property, the Majura Hall. This venue offers access to an enclosed courtyard, kitchen and both male and female disability accessible bathrooms.

Located at the Majura Community Centre in Dickson, the hall is a sizeable venue with high ceilings and parquetry flooring. This hall is ideally suited for large workshops, weddings and community groups and is available for regular or casual hire for private functions.

Venue details:

• This venue can accommodate up to 88 people.
• The hourly rate is $73.00 incl. GST.
• There are 25 light weight trestle tables and 150 chairs.
• The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and hot water urn. NB: no cutlery, crockery or glassware is provided.
• Additional facilities at this venue include a large stage and lectern.
• No media equipment is provided or available for hire.
• Floor dimensions: 17m x 10.5m
• Stage dimensions: 12m x 2.3m
• We advise hirers to call 6171 8000 to check when the venue is available for viewing between Monday and Friday, 9.30am to 4pm. This gives you an opportunity to check the room is suitable for your needs.
